Returns Policy

We offer refund / exchange within first 1 (one) day from the date of your purchase. If 1 (one) day
have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered return, exchange or refund of any
kind. In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange,

(i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it,

(ii) the item must have original packaging,

(iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for
a return / exchange. Further, only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange
request), if such items are found defective or damaged.

Shipping Policy

  1. We CANNOT commit any fix time for delivery. Deliveries will be made between 10 am to 7 pm on the given date.
  2. Same Day Delivery option is available only when order received till 4 pm will be delivered Same Day.
  3. Mid-night Delivery will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.30 am on mentioned / asked delivery date.
  4. Products categorized in Premium Chocolates, Premium Assortment, Collectible Gifts, Greeting Cards and Marvel Cakes are delivered by courier. We try our best to deliver these product on the delivery day. However, in unavoidable circumstances or wrong pin code these products may reach before or after delivery date mentioned.
  5. Flowers are delivered separately by the vendors associated with us.
  6. The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
  7. The selected product will be delivered only in the city it is mentioned as “available” on this Site.
  8. Delivery might happen through Non-Indian Bakery outlet in case of some urgency or non-availability of particular product / Indian Bakery Outlet in vicinity of the delivery location.
  9. We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no re delivery will be possible. We will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases :
    • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
    • Recipient not available.
    • Premises locked.
    • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working / no reply or not connecting / reachable and delivery is not done.
    • Recipient refused the products.
    • Delivered the product at the Gate / Reception / Neighbor.
  10. Please note that Cakes, Chocolates, Cookies, Flowers and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.
  11. No Deliveries on prescribed holidays.
  12. The image displayed on the site are indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in appearance, shape or design as per the availability.
  13. We reserve the right to substitute the products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product.
  14. In case of floods / Heavy Rains / National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
  15. No change in instructions can be entertained after placing the order.
  16. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
  17. In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, the update will be available on the website and the same can be collected the delivering Indian Bakery outlet only on the same, details of which are available with our customer support team.
  18. We will not entertain any complaint for any product after 3 hours the time of delivery.
  19. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
  20. For traded commodities, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
  21. Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible / delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description equal or higher in value shall be delivered.
  22. No Complimentary product will be given with any of the placed order.
  23. Offers are valid till stock last. We shall deliver the product as per the delivery mode specified.
  24. No modification is possible once the date is specified.
  25. Book your order minimum a day before (24 hours Prior Notice) .P .S Due to Summer season and Extreme heat cake order’s might be delivered in late evening or Early Morning as per climatic condition favorable for delivery Customers are requested to keep the cake in fridge after receiving the cake delivery for at least 30 mins ,since are subject to melt slightly and will become stable after cooling.
  26. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the

You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from
returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of
purchase. For exchange / return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned
product / item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about
receipt of the returned / exchanged product. Further. If the same has been approved after
the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return / exchange) will be processed in
accordance with our policies.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Same-Day and Fixed Time Deliveries: Cancellations for same-day and fixed time deliveries are not permitted once the order has been confirmed. Midnight Deliveries: Cancellations for midnight deliveries are not permitted once the order has been confirmed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10  Working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
