Mango is the real ingredient of this cake, so pick up some good , sweet mangoes and ripe mangoes. INGREDIENTS FOR SPONGE TASTY CAKE IN ASNSOL

 6 large eggs
 1 cup of granulated sugar(210gms)
 2 cups of all purpose flour
 ½ tsp of baking soda
 ½ tsp of baking powder
 2 tsp of vegetable oil
FOR FILING AND TOPPING THE INGREDENTS ARE
o 1 or 2 medium fresh mangos, sweet ripe and thin skin ( scrape and thinly sliced into range)
o 1 to 4 tbsp of sugar, if need
o 1 lb or 2 medium fresh mangos ( 1 ½ cups pureed)
INGREDIENTS FOR CREAMY CHEESEY FROSTING
 16 oz cream cheese 2 packages, softened
 1 cup of unsalted butter( 18 tbsp), softened
 2 ½ cups of powdered sugar
 2 tbsp of vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS OF HOW TO MAKE THE SPONGE CAKE IN ASANSOL
Pre heat the oven to 350F, line the bottoms of the two cake pans with parchment.

In a big bowl beat the 6 eggs on high speed until it foamy. Gradually add 1 cup of sugar and continue beating. After sometime later the mixture will be whipped and forming thick. In a separated bowl , mix together 2 cups of flour and ½ tbsp of baking soda and ½ tbsp of baking powder and combine them well.
Sift flour into batter at a time, folding between each addition, just until no flour streaks remain. Pour the batter into 2 prepared cake pans and bake it 350F for 25-28 minutes. Tops should be golden brown and spring back when jab lightly. Run a knife around the edges to loosen and invert onto wire rack. [eel the parchment paper right

MAKING OF CREAM CHEESE FROSTING IN ASANSOL

In a big bowl add the 16 oz cream cheese, 1 cup of butter, 21/2 cups powdered sugar and 2 tsp of vanilla. Beat them 5-6 minutes. Scarping down the bowl if need. Frosting should be lam, soft and spreadable. Refrigerate the frosting until ready to use for the topping.
CUTTING PROCESS OF THE MANGO
Slice off the sides around the seeds of all 4 mangos resulting 8 pieces. Set aside 4 halves and if you want decorate the pieces onto the top. Dice remaining the halves and scoop them out of their skin and transfer these to a blender and process until pureed. Taste the puree and add a pinch of sugar
in it.
DECORATION
Place the first sliced cake layer and spread with ½ cup mango puree. On the 2 nd cake layer, spread ½ cup of frosting and place it on the 1 st layer so the cream and mango are cuddle. Repeat with the other layers and then c over top and sides with the frosting. Peel the thinly slice 4 piece of mangos, cutting them some strips long way and some wide. Layer mango slices around the cake. Roll a long thin strip of mango into a coil and place it to the top of the cake. After this you can served the cake or refrigerated 2 hours for more tasty and easier slicing.
