For making black forest cake, it’s important to have good ingredients for the flavor and taste. Add all ingredients to your shopping list.Â
ï‚· 2 1/8 cups all purpose flour
ï‚· 2 cups white sugar
 ¾  cup unsweetened cocoa powder
ï‚· 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powderÂ
ï‚· ¾ teaspoon baking sodaÂ
ï‚· ¾ teaspoon saltÂ
ï‚· 3 large eggsÂ
ï‚· 1 cup milkÂ
ï‚· ½ cup vegetable oilÂ
ï‚· 1 tablespoon vanilla extractÂ
ï‚· 2(20 ounce) cans pitted cherries
ï‚· 1 cup of white sugarÂ
ï‚· ¼ cup of cornstarchÂ
ï‚· 1 teaspoon vanilla extractÂ
ï‚· 3 cups heavy whipping creamÂ
ï‚· 1/3 cup of sweetmeat sugarÂ
ï‚· 100gms butterÂ
ï‚· 200gms fresh cream
ï‚· 1 tin (400gms)Nestle milkmaidÂ
HOW TO PREPARED BLACK FOREST CAKE STEP BY STEPÂ
STEP 1Â
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch, round, cake pans and dust it with flour and cover bottoms with waxed paper.Â
STEP 2Â
Tack soften butter (do not melt), add in it nestle MILKMAID and beat well. Now tack a large bowl, combine flour, 2 cups of sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt. Add eggs, milk, oil, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla; beat whole mixture until well blended. Pour the batter into the prepared pans.Â
STEP 3Â
Bake the batter in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or till the toothpick inserted in the center of the cake to come out clean. Remove from the oven and cool layers for a while in pan on wire racks 10 minutes. Loose the side of the cake, using a knife if necessary. Remove to racks to cool completely.     Â
STEP 4Â
Drain and destine cherries, soak both cake halves with cherry syrup. Combine the reserved juice, cherries, 1 cup sugar and cornstarch in a 2 quart saucepan. Cook over until thickened in a low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool before using. Â
STEP 5Â
Whip cream and sugar till light and fluffy. Sandwich the two layers of cake with whipped cream and chopped sweet cherries. Decorate the cake with whipped cream, cherries and rub milky chocolate.Â
STEP 6Â
With a long smooth knife, split each the layer of the cake horizontally in half. Fragment one severs layer into crumbs; set aside nicely. Reserve 11/2 cups frosting for more decoration of the cake; set aside. Gently brush loose crumbs off top and side each of the layer with hand or pasty brush. To combine, place on cake layer on a plate and spread with one cup of frosting; top it with 3/4 cup of chopped cherry topping.Â
Top with second layer of cake and repeat this with layers of frosting and cherry toping. Top with third cake layer. Frost every side of cake. Pat the reserve crumbs onto frosting of sides of cake.
Finish the decorations with reserved frosting and cherries. Spoon owing cherry toping onto the top of the cake. Â
